Upon obtaining a university degree in economics in Germany, Leonid Sirotin entered the game industry in 2004. Mr. Sirotin first established a casual/online game development studio, and went on to accept a position as a President Advisor/Project Lead at Astrum Online Entertainment in 2008.
In 2010, Mr. Sirotin’s development studio became a part of Game Insight. The first project of the studio, Mystery Manor, was launched shortly thereafter, and went on to become one of the company’s most popular games worldwide. Mr. Sirotin’s considerable experience in developing and producing successful games, as well as his deep professional knowledge of the game industry, have led him to the position of Chief Producer at Game Insight, where he oversees development of all social and mobile titles.

Olivier Bernard is the Vice President for Europe, Middle East, Africa, responsible for App Annie’s sales and operation in the region. Olivier brings with him a decade of sales, business development and operational management experience in the mobile and gaming industries. Prior to joining App Annie, Olivier served as VP/General Manager International at Glu mobile (GLUU) where he was responsible for managing all Glu’s client base and overseeing all operations in EMEA, APAC and LATAM. Prior to joining Glu, Olivier held senior business positions within the game industry at Vodafone Group (VOD) from 2003 to 2006 and Atari (ATA) from 1998 to 2002. He holds an MA in History and Political Science from Lyon II, France.

Akin Babayigit is a Strategic Partner Manager for Facebook, based in London. He currently looks after mobile gaming relationships in the EMEA region, as well as looking after new developer acquisition. Prior to Facebook, Akin was an advisor to Sidar Sahin, the CEO of Peak Games. Prior to moving back to Europe, Akin spent several years in the US working for Skype, InMobi and McKinsey & Co. At Skype, Akin helped the management team navigate the spin-off from eBay, and worked closely with the investor consortium to identify strategic priorities and helped the management improve user engagement and monetization and drive the mobile efforts aggressively prior to company’s sale to Microsoft. Akin holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, an MS in Electrical Engineering from Yale University, and a BS in Electrical & Computer Engineering from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
Pavel Råikkönen is a co-founder and a distribution director of Nevosoft, a leading casual game developer and publisher in Russia and Eastern Europe based in St. Petersburg, Russia. It delivers downloadable and online entertainment software for various platforms including iOS, Android, Windows and Mac. Pavel is in charge of strategic development and supervises all the questions concerning Nevosoft’s title distribution all over the world as well as third-party’s game publishing in the Russian market and in app stores. Being one of the casual game industry veterans, Pavel Råikkönen always manages to combine his great experience and new bright ideas.

During 2010–2011, he worked at Microsoft’s USA headquarters as an international strategy manager. Mikhail is a regular speaker at various conferences, and has his own blog, Twitter, and podcast.

At Flurry, Simon is the commercial director for the EMEA region. Prior to Flurry, Simon was most recently head of sales at Zodiak Active, the branded content division of Zodiak Media, a multi-national independent television production company. Prior to Zodiak, Simon was head of sales for Bebo UK & Ireland, working as part of the team that pioneered and developed new social media advertising revenue models that presented products and services with a sophisticated blend of plot integration, traditional product placement, and in-network online advertising. Bebo was acquired by AOL in 2008. Prior to Bebo, Simon spent 10 years in advertising sales within the publishing sector at Associated Media and the London Evening Standard.

Alisa Chumachenko served as VP of Marketing and Advertising at the largest Eastern European game holding company, Astrum Online Entertainment, from 2007–2009. AOE is a recognized market leader that runs dozens of browser-based and client-based massively multiplayer games and casual games. It was merged with the Mail. Ru Group in 2009. In 2009, Ms. Chumachenko left AOE and went on to found Game Insight in 2010. Originally, the company focused primarily on social gaming, but later evolved to focus on mobile gaming. Within this brief time, the company has become one of the leaders in the global mobile market. Today, Alisa leads the executive team as Chief Executive Officer and focuses on strategic management of the company’s current and upcoming initiatives.
Igor Matsanyuk is one of the most successful businessmen in the field of international internet and interactive technology, and is considered to be one of the forefathers of the Russian game market. In 2004, Mr. Matsanyuk established the company IT-Territory, a developer of online games, then built it up into Astrum Online, the most successful game company in Eastern Europe. By 2009, Astrum Online was the biggest developer and distributor of client- and browser-based massively multiplayer online games, and merged with the Mail.ru Group. Mr. Matsanyuk became the first vice-president and majority shareholder in the united company. He then left the company in the summer of 2010, and went on to work on numerous successful startup projects.

Anatoly Ropotov has been dedicated to producing top-notch games on all platforms for the last decade. From social, online and MMO (as EVP of Products for Astrum Online Entertainment) to casual, mobile and console (as Head of the Games Division at CTXM), he has more than 100 products to his credit. His studio, innoWate, created the very first social city-building game and in partnership with Game Insight, followed up with tremendously successful games such as «My Country» and «Rule the Kingdom» which have been released on multiple mobile and social platforms in North America, South America, Europe, and Asia.

Alexey Solovyov graduated from Bauman’s Moscow State Technical University (MSTU). He joined PROSTOR CAPITAL after resigning from ru-Net, an investment company realizing direct investments and managing companies and assets in the field of IT and Internet, where he held the position of IT-businesses development director. In 2002–2009, he worked at major Russian IT-companies IBS and Optima, where he started as manager of strategic development, and eventually became the department’s director, involved in the implementation of a number of investment projects in the areas of M&A, strategic development, launching new product lines and expanding into new markets. In 2011, he was invited to join the PROSTOR CAPITAL venture fund by its founders to help invest in fast-growing IT and Internet companies. Alexander Lyskovsky co-founded Alawar Entertainment in 1999. Since then, the company has evolved into one of the world`s leading publishers and the top distributor of casual games in Eastern Europe. Alexander started programming computers at the age of about eleven. Growing up he upgraded to programming computers for Russia’s Ministry of Emergency Situations, his hometown’s administration, and the local education board. With the advance of technology at the beginning of the century, Alexander got passionately involved with AI, computational linguistics, and chat bot engineering. At the age of 25 Alex founded his own app development company, e-Legion. The company scored the leading Russian IT businesses, US-based medical companies, and German car producers among its clients. In May 2012, however, Alexander relinquished his role as CEO at e-Legion and joined Yandex as Head of Yandex.Store, Yandex’s application store for Android devices.
